Some 500 years ago, the Portuguese government sent a ship on an official business, carrying with it huge amounts of goods to be traded. She was built to voyage around the world on various missions, including the one she was sent out for when she met her fate. The ship was supposed to travel to India but never made it back. What happened to her and to her crew, along with the immense wealth she carried remained unknown until very recently.
The ship was Bom Jesus, or the Good Jesus. What happened to her on her last voyage was never found out. But when a group of diamond miners recently stumbled upon some remnants that could have belonged to the ship, they were shocked. They were even more startled to discover what the ship was carrying all these centuries.
